GUI Todo.txt released

My Windows GUI version of todo.txt is finally here. After fighting with WordPress for a while I finally got it uploaded and ready to go. It is loosely based on the todo.txt touch Android version. Please let me know what you think in the comments.

Splitting Up

Another case of scope creep. I have decided to split the Command Line Interface (CLI) functions out into a separate executable. This will allow me to do a better job of providing the CLI functionality true to the original shell scripts.

I was reading back through the Yahoo group and saw a few requests for a CLI tool for Windows that did not require Cygwin.

Hopefully this will not add more than a few days to the release.

Thanks for your time.

Update

Hi,

I am getting closer to release. I started working on a “Graphic User Interface” Windows app for the todo.txt aficionado. This week I decided to add a whole new dimension to the app. It now does most of the “Command Line Interface” functions as well. A little more clean up and I will be ready to release a test version for people to take a look at.

I know the CLI tools will run on Windows but it requires adding other software. I am a fan of portable applications. This app is being built to be very portable.

Thanks for your time.
